1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Sportswear Mega Bundle grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the digital assets for both personal and commercial purposes. You may use these assets to create designs for clients, manufacture apparel, and sell end products.

2. Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the raw digital assets in their original or modified form.
• Sharing the download links or account access with unauthorized third parties.
• Using the assets in a way that competes directly with Sportswear Mega Bundle.

3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the bundle, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the assets is revoked.

4. Ownership

All digital assets, including patterns, mockups, and designs, remain the intellectual property of Ridwear Design Team. You only purchase a license to use them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for factory-tested precision, we are not responsible for any manufacturing errors or losses resulting from the use of these files.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
